So it's poetry time again at my house. This month's poem was a little more difficult for her to learn for some reason. She just couldn't quite get it. So on Tuesday when we were all off for Veteran's Day I decided that she would learn it through interpretive dance. omg how fun was that? She was hilarious and then my oldest got into it and was being extremely creative and slapstick funny as well. I don't think we'd laughed that hard together in a while. Problem: Neither one of them would let me video tape!! I guess those moments will have to be stuck in my head instead of stuck on a CD.
Anyway, so this is my youngest doing it "properly" as she says:
So I finally requested Lord of Scoundrels by Loretta Chase from the library. I started reading it last night and I could not put it down.
Dain is just.....such an ass, yet...not.
And Jess is just...incredible so far. Feisty, intelligent - I love her!
OMG why did I wait so long? I'm only about 170 pages into it but it's just amazing! I can't possibly say enough good things about this book and I haven't even finished it! Alright, I'll keep you posted.
